Agency Refferals
Agencies or private parties sponsoring referrals of individuals to TRICO's programs must accept financial responsibility for services in accordance with contractual agreements and/or program plans. Disabilities must be documented/established and verified, prior to admission, in the referral. Individuals’ past medical, psychological, and work history must also be provided by the referral source, or program participant him/herself if not sponsored, prior to admission. A statement of specific services requested, in letter form, is expected from the referral source.
