Job Development

The Job Development Program assists Individuals in identifying, obtaining, and/or maintaining employment in aligned with their vocational, social, psychological, and medical needs and abilities. Services are made available to employers to facilitate the successful employment of individuals with disabilities.

Provided on an organized, planned basis, the goal is to provide assistance for individuals to develop a process of job searching and obtainment through which they identify, obtain, maintain, and/or advance in employment within the community.

Community Business benefit from:

  • Employees ready to join the workforce and given the support during and after the hiring process.

  • Some services allow the person to work for the company without having to pay them, instead the person is paid a wage through TRICO.

  • Services after hiring is available to ensure a smooth transition.

Our skilled Job Developers have gone through the ACRE certification and Department of Vocational Rehabilitation certification to ensure that our clients are given the best resources and help in their vocational journey.
