The Job Development Program assists Individuals in identifying, obtaining, and/or maintaining employment commensurate with their vocational, social, psychological, and medical needs and their abilities. Services are made available to employers to facilitate the successful employment of individuals with disabilities.

Provided on an organized, planned basis, the goal is to provide assistance for individuals to develop a systematic and organized process of job searching and placement through which they identify, obtain, maintain, and/or advance in gainful employment so as to achieve their optimum levels of vocational development.
